EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025
Our CSR Commitments
A Unifying Trade Show for a Committed Automotive and Mobility Industry! As the organizer of a major international event, EQUIP’AUTO SAS seizes the unique opportunity to bring together all players in the automotive and mobility sectors around key societal and environmental responsibility challenges.
This collective effort includes all stakeholders:
- The trade show organizing team
- The Exhibition Center
- Service providers and suppliers (booth builders, caterers, logistics, etc.)
- Partners such as professional organizations and media
- Exhibitors
- EQUIP AUTO visitors

A Strategy Aligned with the Highest Standards
EQUIP’AUTO SAS has chosen to structure its CSR strategy based on the demanding standards of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)—even though it is not subject to this regulation. This voluntary approach ensures an ambitious and coherent roadmap, while avoiding any risk of greenwashing. A thorough assessment of the trade show’s various operational areas was conducted to identify key levers for improving its environmental and social impact. This analysis led to the creation of a stakeholder map and the definition of clear pathways for reducing negative impacts. A preliminary carbon footprint assessment of the show was also carried out to validate these findings. As a result, EQUIP’AUTO SAS is focusing on mobilizing all stakeholders through concrete actions, with the objective of reducing the overall environmental footprint of EQUIP AUTO PARIS 2025 by 30% compared to 2022. A structured approach with tangible actions for every stakeholder.
