The 2027 edition of EQUIP AUTO Paris will take place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

The address of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is: 1 Place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris.

EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027 will be held from October 12 to 16, 2027.

The trade show will be open to the public from 9 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday, October 12 to Friday, October 15, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, October 16.

To become an exhibitor at EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027, your business must fall within the show’s nomenclature:

If you are already registered as an exhibitor, you can order an additional insurance extension through the “Annex Shop” section in your Exhibitor Area (coming soon).

The General Terms and Conditions of Participation for EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027 require several specific insurance guarantees.

Exhibitors are obliged to take out multi-risk insurance and third-party liability insurance for the Event in accordance with the conditions and limits set out in the general conditions of participation.

By default, registration for the event implies acceptance of the insurance policy taken out by EQUIP’AUTO SAS on behalf of exhibitors with GENERALI. Guarantees and coverage amounts are specified in the Insurance Regulations attached to the participation file.

Exhibitors have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage if needed, available in the Annex Store accessible from the Exhibitor Area, Annex Shop:

• Insurance extension with a content limit to 50,000€
• Insurance extension with a content limit to 80,000€

If you are already registered as an exhibitor, you can order an insurance extension for the Annex Shop in your Exhibitor Area.

Your customer account remains active from one edition to the next.

Go to the Exhibitor Area login area and click on “Login”. You can use the same e-mail address and password used in previous editions to register for the 2027 edition.

We offer a range of stand options.

• Bare stand: From 30 sq.m.
• Essential stand : Fittings from 9 sq.m to 30 sq.m
• Premium stand : Fittings from 18 sq.m to 59 sq.m. A personalized all-inclusive offer in your branding.
• Stand Startups: 4m² module (subject to eligibility criteria and the organiser’s approval of the application).

If you have a bare stand, your stand design plan must be submitted to the exhibition’s Architecture & Decoration department for approval.

A fully equipped stand consultant will contact you by email to confirm your choice of carpet colour, the location of your display area, the text for your signage, and the various services included in your stand package.

Additional and technical services (furniture, electricity, water, parking, slings, internet, telephony, equipment, etc.) can be ordered via the Technical & Logistics shop, accessible from your Exhibitor Area under the ‘Marketplace’ section (coming soon).

For the Essential Stand and Premium Stand packages, daily cleaning, including on the day before the event, is included.

As part of the Exhibitor Pack, which is compulsory for participation in the event, you will be provided with the following communication tools:

You can register for the Exhibitor List online (Digital Catalogue) and update your Company Profile via your Exhibitor Area, under the ‘Communications’ section, ‘Your Company Profile’ (coming soon).

You can download the EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027 media kit from your Exhibitor Area, in your Communication Area, banner kit & logos.

The exhibitor badge gives exhibitors access to the show during the set-up, opening and dismantling periods, at the times indicated on the exhibitor schedule.

Exhibitor badges and VIP badges are included in the Exhibitor Pack, depending on the size of your stand.

Bare stand, Essential stand

You can edit and download your Exhibitor Badges from your Exhibitor Area, under the Communication Area, in the “Badges & Invitations” section (coming soon).

Yes, e-invitations are included in the Exhibitor Pack, depending on the size of your stand.

You can find your invoice in your Exhibitor Area, Administrative Area, under “finnancial summary”. If your invoice does not appear in your financial area, it has not yet been made available by our invoicing department.

When an invoice is available, you will be informed by e-mail.

Exhibitors can create users or “participation contacts” in their Exhibitor Area, to whom they can assign the right to place orders and complete forms on behalf of the exhibitor (“your partners” section).

This creation of users also concerns stand builders.

The tradeshow’s bank details can be found at the bottom of your invoices.

For any registration completed before December 31, 2026 (inclusive), the exhibitor agrees to pay for their participation according to the following schedule:

• 35% upon submission of the participation application on the Website,
• 40% no later than January 1, 2027,
• 25% no later than May 31, 2027.

For any registration completed from January 1, 2027 onwards, the exhibitor agrees to pay for their participation according to the following schedule:

• 50% upon submission of the participation application on the Website,
• 50% no later than May 31, 2027.

Any registration made less than 30 days before the opening of EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027 must be paid in full on the date of registration.

You can edit and download your build-up and dismantling badges for your service providers and subcontractors from your Exhibitor Area, under the Communication Area, in the “Badges & Invitations” section (coming soon).

PLEASE NOTE: you will only be able to download your badges once your participation fees for the exhibition have been paid in full.

Important :

Attention : delivery and acceptance are the responsibility of the exhibitor and are carried out in his presence on the stand. Under no circumstances may the Exhibition Centre or the organizer be held liable.

To ensure the safety and fluidity of traffic on the exhibition site during set-up and dismantling, vehicle access to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is regulated by Logipass.

All vehicles involved in assembly or dismantling operations, or outside authorized delivery hours during the public opening period, must register on the logipass.viparis.com platform to gain access to Parc des Expositions.

All transport options for reaching the Exhibitor Area are available in the “Getting to the exhibiton” section of our website.

Flat-rate parking subscriptions are available (P1, P6 and P7 car parks) and can be booked via the online shop (coming soon).

Passes for light vehicles can be downloaded from the online shop, accessible through your Exhibitor Area. Passes for LCVs or heavy goods vehicles must be collected on site at the Exhibitor Reception in Hall 1.

During the exhibition opening days, parking spaces may be purchased at the Exhibitor Reception in Hall 1.
