PHINIA has developed a new generation of injectors (DI-CHG10 and DI-CHG15) capable of powering engines up to 90 kW per cylinder. These injectors ensure clean, efficient, and safe combustion. Tests on a gasoline engine converted to hydrogen have shown remarkable results: zero CO₂ emissions, very low NOx emissions, and an almost complete absence of carbon particles.
The system is based on a common rail and direct or indirect injectors operating at pressures from 2 to 300 bars. It relies on an intelligent engine control system combining existing software with hydrogen-specific modules to ensure optimal injection and combustion management.
Adaptable to many sectors (light and heavy vehicles, LCVs, HGVs, construction equipment, agriculture, marine, light aviation, energy production), this solution integrates easily into existing engines.

Unlike its predecessor, this intelligent device comes equipped with an electronic chip and is connected to sensors, functioning as a programmable switch. It remains closed to allow current to flow, but instantly opens if a reference value isn’t met, thereby cutting off the power supply.
Its intelligence doesn’t stop there. The e-Fuse can degrade the current to the protected equipment rather than cutting it off entirely, particularly if stopping the function isn’t critical for preserving the overall electrical or electromechanical system. What’s more, it transmits crucial information about its operating status to the vehicle’s central control unit memories, significantly easing diagnostics.
Valeo ProLongium Ventilated Clutch - VALEO
In a clutch, the pressure plate is an essential component of the system. It ensures full engagement by applying precise pressure to the friction material, which makes it possible to harmonize the output speed with the input speed, partially or completely.
Valeo has innovated with a unique design for this pressure plate.
This new approach consists of optimizing the material structure by strategically removing material where it is not mechanically necessary, while creating integrated ventilation channels. Bosch’s ESI[tronic] diagnostic software now includes the new SOVD (Service Oriented Vehicle Diagnostics) standard, enabling Tesla vehicles to be diagnosed with the KTS 560 and 590. ESI[tronic] supports Model S, Model X, Model 3, and Model Y. With this new SOVD concept, the scope of diagnostic functions is provided by the car’s high-performance computer (HPC). The HPC sends a complete list of executable tasks. It is not necessary to know in which control unit the function, actuator, or actual value is available.
As Tesla did not install a uniform diagnostic interface in its vehicles before 2024, a Tesla adapter from Bosch may be required on models prior to this date.
2023 and earlier: Model X, S, Y, and 3: The vehicle must be connected to the KTS 560 or 590 with the adapter from the Bosch Tesla Cable Kit.

Wat is relay attack?
1.Thief 1 stands close to the vehicle and uses an RFID device to extend signals from the vehicle to thief 2.
2.Thief 2 stands close to the house, often at the front door or window and uses a second RFID device.
3.The second device sends the extended signal up to 10-15 metres into the house.
4.When the key inside the house receives the extended signal, it responds to the car as if the key were close to the vehicle. This allows the car to be opened and started.

MICHELIN innovates to accelerate knowledge on tire and road wear particles (TRWP). Michelin aims to limit the emissions of wear particles from its tires and understand their biodegradation.
Since 2005, Michelin has been actively committed to reducing tire abrasion. Between 2015 and 2020, wear emissions were reduced by 5%. In 2023, the group launched the BioDLab laboratory in collaboration with CNRS and the University of Clermont Auvergne to study the biodegradation of TRWP and develop bio-assimilable solutions.
This initiative is part of Michelin’s effort to address environmental and regulatory challenges, including compliance with the Euro 7 standard, which will impose emission thresholds for tires.

Hydrogen Injection System - DELPHI

PHINIA has developed a new generation of injectors (DI-CHG10 and DI-CHG15) capable of powering engines up to 90 kW per cylinder. These injectors ensure clean, efficient, and safe combustion. Tests on a gasoline engine converted to hydrogen have shown remarkable results: zero CO₂ emissions, very low NOx emissions, and an almost complete absence of carbon particles.
The system is based on a common rail and direct or indirect injectors operating at pressures from 2 to 300 bars. It relies on an intelligent engine control system combining existing software with hydrogen-specific modules to ensure optimal injection and combustion management.
Adaptable to many sectors (light and heavy vehicles, LCVs, HGVs, construction equipment, agriculture, marine, light aviation, energy production), this solution integrates easily into existing engines.
This technology, developed at PHINIA sites in Blois (France), Gillingham (UK), and Luxembourg, has already proven itself in road tests with the city of Blois’ trucks. It also powers Alpine’s Alpenglow HY6 concept car and is part of ongoing concrete projects with other globally renowned automakers.
PHINIA acts as a complete solutions provider, offering individual components or turnkey systems. Hydrogen thus becomes a credible, efficient, and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.
