Offical rules of the Instagram contest

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER

The company EQUIP’AUTO SAS (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”),Simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €6,230,200,
Registered office: 43 ROUTE DE VAUGIRARD, 92190 MEUDON, France, Registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 450 593 314, is organizing a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled “Win Your Badges for EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025” (hereinafter “the Contest”), exclusively on the official Instagram account @equip_auto.

ARTICLE 2 – CONTEST DURATION

The Contest will run from Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time). Any entry received outside this period will be considered invalid.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Contest is free and open only to:

• Natural persons,
• At least 18 years of age at the time of participation,
• Residents of one of the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), Australia, New Zealand, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon,
• And professionals in the automotive sector (craftsmen, managers, department heads, workshop managers, CEOs, directors, CFOs, purchasing managers, buyers, sales/marketing managers, technicians, engineers, workers, fleet managers, manufacturers, distributors, repairers, equipment suppliers, etc.).

The EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 exhibition is strictly reserved for professionals. Proof of professional activity may be requested at the entrance.

The following are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, service providers, and partners of the Organizer,
• Persons directly or indirectly involved in organizing the Contest.

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, entrants must:

1. Follow the Instagram account @equip_auto,
2. Like the contest post,
3. Tag in the comments the person they wish to attend the exhibition with.

Each participant may only enter once. Any attempt at fraud or the use of fake accounts will result in immediate disqualification.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The Organizer will award 2 prizes, each consisting of:

• 2 entry badges for the EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 exhibition,
• Each badge having a commercial value of €35 incl. VAT,
• For a total prize value of €70 incl. VAT.

Important information:

• Badges are nominative, strictly personal, and non-transferable.
• They are valid for the 5 days of the exhibition: October 14 to 18, 2025.
• They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Transportation, accommodation, and any other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

ARTICLE 6 – WINNER SELECTION

A random draw will be conducted on Monday, September 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. using a random selection tool, under the control of the Organizer. Winners will be contacted by private message on Instagram within 72 hours of the draw. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

ARTICLE 7 – ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION

The EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 exhibition is strictly reserved for professionals.To access the exhibition, each winner must:

• Present a valid ID,
• Provide, if required, proof of professional activity in the automotive sector.

ARTICLE 8 – RESPONSIBILITIES

The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Malfunctions of the Internet network, Instagram, or any other technical issues,
• Incorrect entry of personal details by the participant,
• Loss, theft, or damage to the badges.

Instagram is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the Contest and cannot be held liable in case of any dispute.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is processed by EQUIP’AUTO SAS for the purpose of managing the Contest and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Any request must be addressed to: info@equipauto.com.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time in the event of force majeure, without incurring any liability.
