EQUIP AUTO Paris is the international automotive trade show for professionals, focusing on mobility, repairs, and innovations in the sector. It brings together the key players in the automotive ecosystem: manufacturers, distributors, equipment suppliers, repairers, and startups.

The next edition will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, from October 14 to 18, 2025, in pavilions 1, 2.2, 2.3, 3, and 7.1. The exhibition will celebrate its 50th anniversary.

For visitors, the hours are:

• October 14th to 17th: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• October 18th: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Revolugo is the official travel partner of the EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 exhibition and offers a wide range of accommodations at specially negotiated rates near the exhibition venues.

With our partner, you can be assured that your hotel booking, personal data, and information will be protected and secure.

You can now order your badge by clicking on the “Order My Badge” button.

The badge price varies depending on the purchase date: the earlier you order, the better the rate.

EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 Rates:

• From April 15 to June 14, 2025: €15 incl. VAT
• From June 15 to September 14, 2025: €25 incl. VAT
• From September 15 to October 18, 2025: €35 incl. VAT
• Student rate: €5 incl. VAT
• On-site badge price: €60 incl. VAT

We therefore recommend ordering your badge as early as possible to benefit from the preferential rate.

Your badge gives you access for the 5 days of the exhibition.

EQUIP AUTO Paris is a trade show exclusively reserved for automotive industry professionals.

Your Visitor Area is accessible here. In the right-hand section “I already have an account or a badge,” enter your email and password, then click the “Log in” button.

If you have lost or forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page here.

The following payment methods are accepted for ordering your badge:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Secure online payment

You can obtain an invitation letter directly in your Visitor Area after ordering your badge.

Educational institutions are welcome at the exhibition.

A “Future Village” is specially dedicated to discovering and raising awareness about careers in the automotive sector.

Minors are allowed to enter the exhibition provided they are accompanied by an adult. An access badge is not required for young children. For middle and high school students, an access badge is mandatory. A free badge can be ordered here.
