The essentials
The 2025 edition of EQUIP AUTO Paris will take place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
The address of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is: 1 Place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris.
EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 will be held from October 14 to 18, 2025.
The trade show will be open to the public from 9 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday, October 14 to Friday, October 17, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, October 18.

To become an exhibitor at EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025, your business must fall within the show’s nomenclature:

Yes, you can host partner companies on your stand, by choosing the appropriate package when you register or in your Exhibitor Area.
Co-exhibitor Pack : A co-exhibitor is a company with which you share your stand, which does not necessarily have legal or commercial ties with your company.
Represented company Pack : A represented company is a company whose products you represent, for example your subsidiary, distributor, parent company or principal. A represented company must necessarily have a legal or commercial link with your company.
This company do not share physically your stand.
Pavilion exhibitor Pack : A pavilion exhibitor is a company exhibiting within a collective stand (i.e., organised by an official national body/association) only.
If you have already registered as an exhibitor, you can order a pack from the Annex Shop in your Exhibitor Area.
Good to know: Depending on the package you choose, you may be entitled to badges, unlimited e-invitations, referencing on various show communication media…
You can make your location wishes known when you register online and to our sales manager, who will do his utmost to satisfy your request. However, we recommend that you register as early as possible to maximize your chances of obtaining your desired location.
Please note You will not be offered a site until you have paid your first deposit.
To finalize your registration, you need to provide us with your company details, as well as the contact person who will be responsible for your participation.
We accept several methods of payment for your participation fees:
- Online payment by credit card.
- Payment by cheque made out to EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025, quoting the order number.
- Payment by bank transfer.
The General Terms and Conditions of Participation for EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 require several specific insurance guarantees.
Exhibitors are obliged to take out multi-risk insurance and third-party liability insurance for the Event in accordance with the conditions and limits set out in the general conditions of participation.
By default, registration for the event implies acceptance of the insurance policy taken out by EQUIP’AUTO SAS on behalf of exhibitors with GENERALI. Guarantees and coverage amounts are specified in the Insurance Regulations attached to the participation file.
Exhibitors have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage if needed, available in the Annex Store accessible from the Exhibitor Area, Annex Shop:
- Insurance extension with a content limit to 50,000€
- Insurance extension with a content limit to 80,000€
If you are already registered as an exhibitor, you can order an insurance extension for the Annex Shop in your Exhibitor Area.

Exhibitor Area :
Click here to access your Exhibitor Area.
Enter the e-mail address linked to your registration and your password.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” in the login area of your Exhibitor Area.
Then follow the steps indicated on the password reset page.
Your customer account remains active from one edition to the next.
Go to the Exhibitor Area login area and click on “Login”. You can use the same e-mail address and password used in previous editions to register for the 2025 edition.
Stand and equipment :
We offer a range of stand options.
- Bare stand: From 30 sq.m.
- Essential stand : Fittings from 9 sq.m to 30 sq.m
- Premium stand : Fittings from 18 sq.m to 59 sq.m. A personalized all-inclusive offer in your branding.

If you have a bare stand, The decoration and design plan of your stand must be submitted for approval to the show’s Architecture & Decoration department before 8 September 2025 to:

An EQUIPAUTO Fitted Stand advisor will contact you by email regarding your choice of carpet colour, the positioning of your store cupboard, the wording of your stand sign, and the various services included with your stand.
Additional and technical services (furnitures, electricity, water, parking, signage, Internet, telephony, equipment, etc.). can be ordered via the Technical & Logistics store, accessible from your Exhibitor Area, under Marketplace.
The following forms are available in your Exhibitor Area, under Technical Area.
- Health & Safety Instructions Certificate : As part of your participation in EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025, it is compulsory to fill in the Health & Safety Instructions Certificate to ensure the smooth running of the show and the safety of everyone.
- Machines in operation : for exhibitors planning a machine demonstration.
- Evening Event Declaration: to fill in the information relating to your evening event, you must first order your Evening Package from the Marketplace, in the Annex Shop section.
The carpet will be grey.
For Essential Stand and Premium Stand offers, daily cleaning, including the day before the event, is included.
For bare stands, exhibitors are responsible for their own daily cleaning. You can order your cleaning and refurbishment services in the Technical & Logistics Shop, Marketplace tab.
Communication and catalog
As part of the Exhibitor Pack, which is compulsory for participation in the event, you are offered the following communication tools:
1 Media kit with customized banners (logo, stand number) to promote your participation
Inclusion in the exhibitor list on the website :
- Company name and contact details
- Your core business
- Your press release
- Your video
- Company website and social networks with hyperlinks
Listing of your company on the interactive floor plan, display board plans, and the visitor guide of the trade show
Listing of your events or features on the trade show website
NEW FOR THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL
- Posting of your job offers on the trade show website
- Your press release available in digital format (via a QR code) in the Press Office during the trade show
You can register for the Online Exhibitors list (digital catalog) and add to your company profile from your Exhibitor Area, heading Communication Area > Your Company Profile.
To order communication and sponsorship tools, go to the “Communication and Sponsorship Tools Guide” in the Exhibitor Area of the Marketplace.

You can download the EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025 media kit from your Exhibitor Area, in your Communication Area, banner kit & logos.
You can submit your press releases from the Communication Area tab, under “compagny profile”.
Badges
The exhibitor badge gives exhibitors access to the Exhibition Centre during the set-up, opening and dismantling periods, at the times indicated on the exhibitor schedule.
Exhibitor badges and VIP badges are included in the Exhibitor Pack, depending on the size of your stand.

The VIP badge gives you privileged access to the EQUIP AUTO Paris show for all 5 days, as well as access to the VIP Club and all its benefits.
You can edit and download your exhibitor badges from your Exhibitor Area, Communication Area, “Badges & Invitations” section.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be able to download your “exhibitor” badges once your participation in the show has been paid in full.
Invitations
Yes, (e)invitations are included in the Exhibitor Pack, for unlimited use.
You can access your e-invitations and send them by e-mail to your customers in your Exhibitor Area, in the “Badges & Invitations” section.
Orders and invoices
You can find your invoice in your Exhibitor Area, Administrative Area, under “finnancial summary”. If your invoice does not appear in your financial area, it has not yet been made available by our invoicing department.
When an invoice is available, you will be informed by e-mail.

Exhibitors can create users or “participation contacts” in their Exhibitor Area, to whom they can assign the right to place orders and complete forms on behalf of the exhibitor (“your partners” section).
This creation of users also concerns stand builders.
The salon’s bank details can be found at the bottom of your invoices.
Pour toute inscription réalisée avant le 31 décembre 2024 (inclus), l’exposant s’engage à régler sa participation selon l’échéancier suivant :
- 30% at the time of registration on the Organiser’s website.
- 40% by 31 January 2025 at the latest.
- 30% by 30 June 2025 at the latest.
For all registrations submitted on or after 1st January 2025, the Exhibitor undertakes to pay for its participation according to the following payment schedule:
- 50% at the time of registration on the Organiser’s website.
- 50% on the date on which the stand is allotted.
Registrations received less than 30 days before EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025.

(1) Fitted stands will be delivered on Monday 13 October 2025 from 8:00 am.
(2) Fitted stands will be dismantled starting at 8.00 pm on Saturday 18 October 2025.
(3 ) For bare stands (stand space only), all breakdown operations must be finished by 20 October at 12:00 midday. Store cupboards and furniture must be emptied on 18 October between 18:00 and 21:00.
You can edit and download assembly and dismantling badges for your service providers and subcontractors from your Exhibitor Area, Communication Area, “Badges & Invitations” section.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be able to download your badges once your participation in the show is sold out in full.

Important :
For deliveries to Pavilion 1 and Pont des Expositions, access is via gate T.
For deliveries to pavilions 2.2, 2.3 and 7.1, access is via gate D.
Attention : delivery and acceptance are the responsibility of the exhibitor and are carried out in his presence on the stand. Under no circumstances may the Exhibition Centre or the organizer be held liable.
To ensure the safety and fluidity of traffic on the exhibition site during set-up and dismantling, vehicle access to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is regulated by Logipass.
All vehicles involved in assembly or dismantling operations, or outside authorized delivery hours during the public opening period, must register on the logipass.viparis.com platform to gain access to Parc des Expositions.

Access to the Parc des Expositions
All transport options for reaching the exhibitor area are available in the “Getting to the exhibiton” section of our website.
Parking passes for use during the show can be bought in the online store (car parks P1, P6 and P7).
You can download light vehicle passes in the Online Store, trough the Exhibitor Area. Passes for vans and lorries can be picked up on site at the Exhibitor Desk in Pavilion 1.
While the show is open to the public you can buy car park passes the Exhibitor Desk in Pavilion 1.

Events and Program
Registration for the Automotive Innovation Grand Prix is included with the Exhibitor Pack. The registration deadline is set for June 6, 2025.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to organize a client evening, private event, or cocktail at their booth on Thursday, October 16 and/or Friday, October 17, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
To do so, you must order your Evening Package in the Marketplace, under the Annex Shop section, then complete the Stand Event Declaration form in the Technical Area.
For exhibitors planning a Declaration of Machines in Operation, it is necessary to complete the corresponding form in the Exhibitor Area, under the Technical Area.
International
You can request a letter of invitation for visa applications in your Exhibitor Area, Communication Area, Badges & Invitations section.
